MITZE
Mitsouko aka BallerinaRockGirl. Born in the USA via Cuban parents with a flair for exotic names. BallerinaRockGirl started her dance passion at an early age through classical ballet. As the youngest member of a professional ballet company, BRG graduated high school at the early age of 16 to follow a full-time career as a classical dancer. Shortly thereafter she married and retired her pointe shoes at the young age of 20. Never to step foot in a dance room again until age 43. Once divorced found her passion again at the behest of Janet Jones. BRG started to take ballet and dance lessons again before Janet Jones created VXN (Video Vixen, Vixen Workout and now VXN).
BRG started as a devoted client which reminded me of my purpose (reason for existing) via Janet Jones. Then became a Certified VXN Instructor, Studio VXN Instructor and finally the passion and hard work conspired to become a Master Instructor.
The title of Master Instructor of the exclusive VXN brand is second only to being the oldest at (52) as a dance fitness Instructor, globally. The opportunity and privilege to offer women/men inspiration and remind them it is never too late to follow your passion, dreams and become what you intended to be, on purpose, is what I was born to do.
